About us
Enhancing Digital Pedagogy Quality Standards in Higher Education.A collaborative international project across Ukraine, Bhutan, and the European Union.
PROJECT BACKGROUND
What We are All About
E-QUAL is a collaborative, EU-co-funded initiative dedicated to transforming online education by setting high-quality standards, fostering innovation, and bridging gaps in digital pedagogy. We believe that every learner and educator deserves access to effective, inclusive, and engaging online learning experiences regardless of location or resources.
Why this project was created
To address the growing quality gap in online education as digital learning became essential worldwide, ensuring remote education meets the same high standards as traditional classroom instruction.
The need for quality standards in online learning
Without clear standards, online courses vary widely in quality, affecting student outcomes and institutional credibility across digital educational platforms.
How it addresses challenges in higher education
E-QUAL tackles digital transformation, faculty development, institutional readiness, and educational equity to create sustainable, high-quality online learning systems.
The role of international collaboration
By collaborating across Ukraine, Bhutan, and the EU, we create globally-informed standards that work across diverse educational systems and cultural contexts.
MISSION STATEMENT
To develop, disseminate, and institutionalize comprehensive quality standards, training materials, and digital tools that enhance online learning pedagogy across Ukraine, Bhutan, and the European Union.
